Emkay.co was founded in 2011 by Michael Kay, based on a simple observation: most businesses don't have a technology problem. They have a process problem. The tools exist. What's missing is someone who takes the time to understand how work actually happens, designs the right solution, and delivers it.

That's what we do. We sit with your team, learn your operations, and figure out where time and money are being lost. Then we fix it, whether that means configuring phone systems, designing custom tools, or managing developers to build something that doesn't exist yet.

We don't write the code ourselves. We do something more valuable. We understand your operation deeply enough to design the right solution, then we hire and manage the right developers to build it. You work with one person who understands your business and owns the outcome from start to finish.
